Django Girls is an international network of female developers. The organization has held workshops around the world and now it's Stockholm's turn! The goal is to inspire more girls, women and non-binary people to learn to program and we are therefore organizing a workshop that suits you who are curious about learning to code!
We know that the IT industry is in need of more developers and therefore want to give you a chance to learn the basics of programming. Applications will be open soon!
If programming sounds exciting and you own a laptop, feel free to apply! No prior programming knowledge is required - we will adapt the workshop to beginners. Of course, you can apply even if you have previous experience with basic programming - we'll provide extension tasks to keep you busy all day.
As a participant in the workshop you will:
*The workshop will be primarily held in English, but with support and mentors that speak Swedish
No prior knowledge is required, but we would like to see that you find programming exciting and are eager to learn. If you already have some basic programming experience, you can also apply - there will be an opportunity to extend the workshop to suit those who have coded before!

The day before the workshop, we will be available to help with the installation of any necessary software. You will receive more information about this if you are accepted!
Yes. Unfortunately, we are unable to lend out computers so we expect you to bring a laptop.
We provide breakfast, lunch and refreshments!
