If you are a female and you want to learn how to make websites, we have good news for you! We are holding a one-day workshop for beginners!
It will take place on Saturday June 4th from 10am - 6pm at Microsoft. We will have a second day to finish up your project on Saturday June 18th .
We believe that IT industry will greatly benefit from bringing more women into technology. We want to give you an opportunity to learn how to program and become one of us - female programmers!
Workshops are free of charge but don’t wait too long - you can apply for a pass only until 15th of May!
If you are a woman, you know English or Korean and have a laptop - you can apply for a pass! You don’t need to know any technical stuff - workshops are for people who are new to programming.
As a workshop attendee you will:
Do I need to know anything about websites or programming?
No! Workshops are for beginners. You don’t need to know anything about it.However, if you have a little bit of technical knowledge(i.e. you know what HTML or CSS are) you still can apply!
Should I bring my own laptop?
Yes. We have no hardware, so we expect you to bring your computer with you. It is also important for us that you will take home everything you’ll write and create during workshops.
Do I need to have something installed on my laptop?
It would be helpful to have Django installed before workshops. If you can't attend we can assist you remotely or day of workshop.
Is food provided?
Yes. Thanks to our sponsors, we will be able to provide snacks and lunch during the workshop.

아니요! 워크샵은 입문자를 위한 겁니다. 아무것도 몰라도 돼요. 그리고 HTML이나 CSS 같은게 뭔지 알고 있는 사람도 역시 신청이 가능합니다!
내 노트북에 프로그램을 설치 해 놓아야 하나요?
워크샵 전에 Django가 설치되어 있으면 좋아요, 그렇기 때문에 미리 필요한 프로그램을 설치할 수 있도록 도와드릴 거에요. 만약 프로그램 설치하는 시간에 참석하지 못하신다면 원격 지원 또는 워크샵 당일에 도와 드리겠습니다.
내 노트북을 가져가야 되나요?
네. 장비가 없으므로 개인 노트북을 가져오시기 바랍니다. 그리고 워크샵에서 만들게 될 스스로의 결과물을 집으로 가져가지 못하면 슬프니까요.
