If you are a woman and want to learn how to make websites, we have good news for you: we are holding a one-day workshop for beginners!
It will take place on 31st, August, 2019 at Incuspaze, Vijay Nagar in Indore.
We believe the IT industry will greatly benefit from bringing more women into technology. We want to give you an opportunity to learn how to program and become one of us – women programmers!
Workshop is free of charge. Mentees will be divided into teams of 3-4. Each team will have one coach. If the format sounds interesting. Register for the event. Applications are going to open soon.
10:00 am - Start entry of the applicants

11:00 am - Divide teams and start workshop

Do I need to know anything about websites or programming?
Programming background is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement. Absolute Beginners you are welcome. Take the first step to embark into the beautiful journey of being a creator at heart.
I am not living in Indore, can I attend?
Of course! Workshops will be in English, so if you have no troubles with speaking and understanding English - you should apply. If you are able to bear the travel and stay expense in the city. You are welcome to join us at Indore for the event.
Should I bring my own laptop?
Yes. We have no hardware, so we expect you to bring your computer with you. It is also important for us that you will take home everything you’ll write and create during workshops.
Do I need to have something installed on my laptop?
It would be helpful to have Django installed before workshops, but wouldn't expect you to install anything on your own.We will make sure that one of our coaches will help you out with this task.
Is food provided?
Yes. Thanks to Chai Network, lunch will be served during workshops.
Is the workshop only for females?
No. However, the primary intent is to have head count of females more. But, even if you don't identify yourself as a female and have a desire to learn or passion to teach you are welcome.
