If you are a woman and want to learn how to make websites, we have good news for you: we are holding a two-day workshop for beginners!

It will take place on Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd, September, 2017 at Exco in Daegu.

We believe the IT industry will greatly benefit from bringing more women into technology. We want to give you an opportunity to learn how to program and become one of us – women programmers!

Workshops are free of charge. Don't wait too long: you can apply for the workshop only until 25th of August!

If you are a woman, know English or Korean and have a laptop, you can apply for our event! You don't need to know any technical stuff – our workshop is for people who are new to programming.

As a workshop attendee you will:

• attend a two-day Django workshop during which you will create your first website

Do I need to know anything about websites or programming?

No! Workshops are for beginners. You don’t need to know anything about it. However, if you have a little bit of technical knowledge (i.e. you know what HTML or CSS are) you still can apply!

I am not a Korean, can I attend?

Of course! Workshops will be in Korean and English, so if you have no troubles with speaking and understanding Korean or English. Are you reading and understanding what we are saying now? We are sure you are already ready to join our workshop!

Should I bring my own laptop?

Yes. We have no hardware, so we expect you to bring your computer with you. It is also important for us that you will take home everything you’ll write and create during workshops.

Do I need to have something installed on my laptop?

It would be helpful to have Django installed before workshops, but wouldn't expect you to install anything on your own. We will make sure that one of our coaches will help you out with this task.

Is Python conference good for a total beginner?

As a workshop attendee you will get a free ticket to Python - conference for Python programmers. Even though you are new to programming, conference is a good place to meet many interesting people in the industry and find inspiration.

웹사이트 또는 프로그래밍에 대해 조금이라도 알고 있어야하나요?

전혀요! 워크숍은 초보자를 위한 것입니다. 여러분은 아무것도 모르는 상태여도 됩니다. HTML 또는 CSS와 같은 기술적인 지식을 조금 알고 있는 분들도 물론 참여 가능합니다!

한국사람이 아닌데 참여가능한가요?

물론이죠! 워크숍은 한국어와 영어로 진행됩니다. 그래서 한국어나 영어를 이해하고 말하실 수 있으면 문제없습니다. 지금 이 글을 읽고 이해하실 수 있으면 아무 문제없을 것 같네요! =)

개인 노트북을 가져와야만 하나요?

네. 저희는 컴퓨터가 준비되어 있지 않습니다. 그래서 개인 노트북을 가져와서 사용해야 합니다. 무엇보다 워크숍동안 만든 모든 것들을 저장하고 가져가는데 개인 노트북 지참은 매우 중요합니다.

개인 노트북에 무언가가 설치되어 있어야 하나요?

워크숍 전에 장고를 설치되어 있으면 좋습니다. 하지만 설치되어 있지 않아도 문제없습니다. 워크숍에서 저희 코치들이 설치를 도와드릴 겁니다.

왕초보에게 Python모임이 도움이 될까요?

워크숍 참가자로써 여러분은 Python 프로그래머를 위한 모임에 무료로 참가할 수 있는 기회를 얻는 것입니다! 프로그래밍을 처음 접하더라도, 이 모임은 이 분야에서 종사하거나 공부하는 많은 사람들을 만날 수 있고 다양한 것들을 배우고 영감을 받을 수 있을 것입니다.
