Do I need to know anything about websites or programming?

No! Workshops are for beginners. You don’t need to know anything about it. However, if you have a little bit of technical knowledge (i.e. you know what HTML or CSS are) you still can apply!

I am not living in Pune, can I attend?

Of course! If you need financial aid to come to Pune or you need assistance with booking flights or hotel in Pune - let us know. We are willing to help you!

Do I need to have something installed on my laptop?

It would be helpful to have Django installed before workshops, but we don't expect you to install anything on your own. We will make sure that one of our coaches helps you out with this task.

I am not a woman. Can I still apply for this workshop?

Yes! You can apply. We appreciate your drive to learn and will consider your application, but preference will be given to women applicants in accordance with the goals of the organization.

Is the food provided?

Yes. Thanks to our sponsors, snacks and lunch will be served during workshops. Let us know if you have any food allergy or special preference and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

Will the Internet be provided?

Yes! Internet will be provided to you at the venue.

What is the format of the workshop?

You will work in a small group of 2 to 3 attendees. A coach will be assigned to each group, and your coach will work closely with you throughout the day to help with any problems that you may have. You will work at your own pace, assisted by your coach, so you don't need to worry about keeping up with the entire workshop.

Should I bring my own laptop?

Yes. We have no hardware, so we expect you to bring your computer with you. It is also important for us that you will take home everything you’ll write and create during workshops. Don't forget to carry your laptop chargers with you. If you do not have laptop, but really excited and interested to learn, drop us a mail at [email protected]

We would be delighted if you would like to join us as a mentor! Fill out this form if you're interested ❤️
